Who We Fund

We evaluate businesses at every stage of institutional readiness. Whether you have an existing capital structure or you are raising institutional capital for the first time, our team evaluates opportunities on fundamentals: the strength of your cash flows, the quality of your collateral, and the clarity of your exit.

We are not a bank and we are not a venture fund. We are a private credit manager focused on short-duration, yield-generating opportunities that are too small or too specialized for large institutional lenders and too structured for traditional bank credit.

Investment Criteria

  • Capital need of $500K or more with a defined repayment timeline under 24 months
  • Verifiable cash flows, contracted revenue, or secured collateral
  • Operating business with documented revenue history
  • Clear repayment structure or identified liquidation pathway
  • Prepared to share financials, receivables data, or collateral documentation

Capital Categories

We fund across nine asset categories. Each category has distinct underwriting criteria; all share the same requirement: a clear, short-duration repayment path.

Trade Finance & Invoice Factoring

Short-cycle receivables conversion for importers, exporters, and distributors with confirmed purchase orders or invoices.

Equipment Lending

Asset-backed loans secured by revenue-generating equipment: construction, manufacturing, medical, logistics, and agriculture.

Receivables & Revenue-Based Financing

Advance against contracted or historical revenues for businesses with predictable billing cycles.

Infrastructure & Municipal Receivables

Sovereign- or municipality-backed receivables with defined payment schedules and government credit support.

Working Capital

Short-duration bridge capital for operating businesses with seasonal or cyclical cash-flow gaps.

Reinsurance & Insurance-Linked

Collateralized positions in specialty insurance risk for qualified sponsors with actuarial track records.

Multi-Originator Lending Platforms

Pooled originations across vetted lending platforms in consumer, SMB, or specialty verticals.

Real Asset Bridging

Short-term capital secured against real property or infrastructure assets with clear exit events.

Specialty Finance

Niche structures — litigation finance, royalty-backed debt, supply-chain finance — evaluated case by case.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum capital amount you consider?
We typically consider opportunities starting at $500,000. There is no hard upper limit, though very large facilities may be co-invested with our network.
Do you require a business plan or pitch deck?
No. The form below captures what we need for an initial review. If we move forward, we'll request financials and collateral documentation in the discovery stage.
How long does the review process take?
Initial review takes five business days or fewer. Qualified opportunities can reach a term sheet within two to three weeks from submission.
What industries do you work with?
We are industry-agnostic but cash-flow focused. We have funded businesses in logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, real estate services, and professional services, among others.
Is this equity or debt capital?
All Chayne capital solutions are structured as debt or debt-like instruments — typically senior secured or asset-backed. We do not take equity stakes.
What geographies do you serve?
We primarily fund U.S.-based operations, with selective consideration for cross-border trade finance and established international businesses with U.S. legal entities.
